Fixed level loading system

Fixed window sizing

Added enemies, gave them interactions, attacks and shadow essence to collect.



Future plans for game:

Add the ability to use your collected shadows to gain HP, Weapon ammo, New weapons, better stats, other possibilities.

Saving and Loading

Reduce game load on HTML

Add music and other sound effects

Put my tip system to use


Known bugs:

The enemy doesn't rotate to look at you (I have it coded but doesn't seem to work.)

Player can still move and interact while load scene is triggered. Dont spam the interact-it will never load!

Lantern has small artifact shadows that it causes

Items you hold clip through boundaries (I have a subview port setup for this but doesnt seem to work)

Loading times don't seem to match with my loading program, just give it a second and it will load. (HTML only)

Still staggers from time to time when using projectiles (HTML only)

Dungeon_01 loads super slow, not actually loading level view that player can see-level still loads and you still take damage from the enemies (HTML only)



Last thoughts:
Sadly this will be my last opportunity to upload before the contest ends. So I hope your able to enjoy what I put here.

I have only been able to put in 3.5 days of work on this due to work and bad timing (most in the last day of course), so despite the little time I was able to dev with, I really did learn a ton. Looking forward to your feedback and hope you follow me as I continue to develop this further

I will add my godot exe as well, although I will say I have no intentions to give anyone a virus through my game, be understanding that my game is not signed and could put your system at risk if you choose to download, and is not part of the gamejam due to restrictions.
